Free delivery on all orders above AED 400

We do not charge for deliveries on order above AED 400.00. 
All orders will be delivered to you door step.

1-3 Business Days
in Dubai

We strive to deliver your order within 1-3 business days in Dubai. Our team will be in contact with unexpected delays

  • Processing Time
All bouquets from Bloom Art is tied by hands. During seasons with special occasions Longer delivery times may occur. Customers will be informed by our team. 
  • Delivery Charges
All orders above AED 500.00 are free. All orders will be delivered to you door-step.
  • Out of Stock
If any flowers is out of stock, we will notify you that your order will be delayed. In this case you can either cancel your order, or we will send you an alternative replacement flower to be used instead.  
  • Shipping Notifications
Your order and payment confirmation will be set to the email you provided at checkout. Please check your junk folder in your email if you can't find the confirmation email. In case you can't find the email in your junk folder please contact us by email, and we will provide a new order confirmation. Mark the email with your order no. 
  • Return
Please note that all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If you have any concerns about your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help.
  • Damaged Items
If you receive any damaged item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. 
After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer.

Items returned damaged will not be accepted if not reported.  
  • Cancellations
A order can be canceled within 12 hours if it's not already packed or shipped. Cancellation should be done by email. After this period items can be returned per the return policy.
  • Warranty 
All our flowers is made with high quality materials, and is developed with our partners.
Bloom Art gives 6 month warranty on all our artificial flowers provided care instruction have been complied with.

 
  • Important Information About White Flowers
Kindly note that under warm and humid conditions, white flowers may naturally develop a faint yellow hue over time.
